Privacy Policy
Effective October 12, 2026
This policy explains what information the Arrow Stack game and the arrowstack.app website collect, how it's used, and the choices you have. Arrow Stack is published by Barton Eby Online Marketing, LLC under the name Arrow Stack Games ("we," "us"). It applies to the Arrow Stack apps for Android and iOS, the web version at arrowstack.app/play, and this website.
The short version: you don't need an account, and we never ask for your name, email or phone number. If you choose to post a score, the name you type and your score appear on a public leaderboard. The mobile apps show ads from Google AdMob, which uses device information to serve and measure ads, and personalized ads only with your permission where the law requires it.

Information we collect
Leaderboard posts (only if you choose to post)
When you post a score, we store the display name you type, your score, the level you reached, the difficulty mode and the time you posted. Leaderboards are public: anyone who plays can see the names and scores. Please don't use your full real name or any personal details as your display name. Leaderboard data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore, part of Google Firebase.
Technical information
Like any online service, the servers that deliver the game and leaderboard receive your device's IP address and basic request details (such as browser or device type and the time of the request). Google Firebase processes this information to deliver content and keep the service secure. We don't use it to identify you.
What we don't collect
We don't ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or payment information. There are no in-app purchases. If you email us for support, we'll receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Information kept on your device
The game saves your best scores, settings (such as sound level and difficulty), unlocked Crossfire rounds and the last leaderboard name you used in your device's local storage. This stays on your device and isn't sent to us. Clearing the app's data, uninstalling the app or clearing your browser's site data deletes it.
Advertising (mobile apps)
Arrow Stack is free to play and is supported by ads. The Android and iOS apps use Google AdMob to show banner, full-screen and optional rewarded ads (for example, watching an ad to retry a level). AdMob and its partners may collect and use:
- your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID or Apple's IDFA, where you've allowed it)
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- device and app information, such as device model, operating system, language and app version
- ad interactions, such as which ads were shown or tapped
This information is used to show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and, where you've agreed, personalize ads. To learn more, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy.
Your consent: if you're in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent through Google's consent message before personalized ads are shown. On iPhone and iPad, the app asks your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before using your device's advertising identifier. If you decline, you'll still see ads, but they won't be personalized based on your activity across other apps and sites.
The website and web game
arrowstack.app and the web version of the game are hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. The website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and the web game doesn't show third-party ads. Fonts and images are served from our own site. We don't currently use analytics on the website or in the game. If we add analytics or crash reporting in the future, we'll update this policy before we do.
Sharing your score
When you tap Share, the game creates a score-card picture on your device and opens your device's own share menu. You choose the app and the people you share with. We don't receive the picture, see who you share with, or connect to your social media accounts.
How we use information
- to run the game and display the leaderboards
- to show ads that keep the game free
- to keep the game and leaderboards secure and to remove abuse, such as offensive names or fake scores
- to answer your support requests
- to comply with the law
We don't sell your personal information for money.
Who we share it with
- Google Firebase (hosting and the leaderboard database), which processes data on our behalf
- Google AdMob and the ad partners it works with, as described above (mobile apps only)
- Other players, who can see the names and scores you post to the leaderboard
- Authorities, if we're legally required to, or to protect the rights and safety of our players or others
Under some U.S. state laws, letting ad partners use device information for personalized advertising may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising." You can opt out at any time using the device settings described below.
How long we keep it
Leaderboard entries are kept while the leaderboards are running. We may reset or trim leaderboards from time to time. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to help you and then deleted. Information collected by AdMob is kept according to Google's own retention policies.
Your choices and rights
- Don't post: posting to the leaderboard is optional.
- Remove a leaderboard entry: email support@arrowstack.app with the name, mode and approximate score and date. We'll remove it within 30 days. See deleting your data.
- Limit ad personalization: on Android, go to Settings > Google (or Privacy) > Ads and delete or reset your advertising ID. On iPhone, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and turn off tracking for Arrow Stack.
- Change your consent: where a consent message was shown, you can change your choice from the game's settings.
- Delete local data: uninstall the app or clear its storage or your browser's site data.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Email us and we'll respond within the time the law requires. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
Children
Arrow Stack is a general-audience game that isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child posted personal information on a leaderboard, email us and we'll remove it.
Security and storage
Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with Google, which may process it in the United States and other countries. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the small amount of information we handle.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above and, for significant changes, give notice on this site or in the game.
