Common questions
Is Arrow Stack free?
Yes. Arrow Stack is free to play and supported by ads. Some ads are optional: for example, you can choose to watch a short ad to retry the level you just lost. There are no in-app purchases.
How do I learn to play?
Tap Learn to play on the main menu for a two-minute, hands-on tutorial. In short: stack the falling blocks, then tap any glowing arrow to launch it off the board. Launch quickly to build chains, and keep your stack below the red dashed line.
Which difficulty should I choose?
Relaxed is the gentlest: slower blocks that settle into gaps. Classic is the standard game. Expert is fast and unforgiving. Each mode has its own leaderboard and best score.
How do I unlock Crossfire?
Reach level 5 in Arrow Stack to unlock the first Crossfire round, and every 5 levels after that unlocks the next one, up to the Boss Round at level 25. You can replay unlocked rounds from the main menu.
My best score disappeared. Can you restore it?
Best scores and settings are saved on your device only, so uninstalling the app, clearing its storage or clearing your browser data resets them. We can't restore local scores, but anything you posted to the leaderboard stays there.
Someone is using an offensive leaderboard name.
Email us the name, the mode (Relaxed, Classic or Expert) and roughly when you saw it, and we'll review and remove it.
There's no sound.
Tap the Sound button at the top of the screen to cycle the volume, and check that your device isn't muted or in silent mode. On iPhone, the ring/silent switch can mute web audio.
How do I stop personalized ads?
On Android, go to Settings > Google (or Privacy) > Ads and delete or reset your advertising ID. On iPhone, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and turn off tracking for Arrow Stack. You'll still see ads, but they won't be personalized. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Reporting a bug
Email support@arrowstack.app and include:
- your device and operating system (for example, "Pixel 8, Android 15" or "iPhone 15, iOS 18"), or your browser if you play on the web
- the difficulty mode and level where it happened
- what you expected and what happened instead
- a screenshot or screen recording, if you can
Deleting your data
Arrow Stack doesn't use accounts, so there's no account to delete. The only information we store on our servers is what you choose to post to a leaderboard: your display name, score, level, mode and posting time.
To remove a leaderboard entry, email support@arrowstack.app with the subject "Leaderboard removal request" and include the display name, the mode and the approximate score and date. We'll delete the matching entries within 30 days and confirm by email. Everything else the game saves (best scores and settings) lives only on your device, and you can delete it by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage.
For information collected by our ad provider, Google AdMob, see the choices in our Privacy Policy.
